I'm so behind posting my photos from Hawaii (I'll do a whole trip wrap up soon), but I've been slowly adjusting to working full time (such a broken record). BUT I promise that I'll begin posting more!
Back to Hawaii. One of my favorite parts about visiting the Big Island is how un traditional/stereotypical the landscaping is. The resort areas amp up the cheesy vacation vibe, but once you drive away there's lava rock everywhere (the Big Island is the only one with an active volcano left). If you drive to the Hilo side of the Island you are practically in a rainforest. Drive up to the mountains and there are farms full of cows, horses, and goats. It's so unique and fun to explore.
